So can you force carbonate in this, or should you only fill with already carbonated beverages? My regulator seems to have 5 PSI as the minimum (it won't go any lower) and the instructions say that between 5-8 is the optimal range, but has a range in green, much higher. I wish there more details in the instructions. I'm trying to think of a reason to keep this right now.
