This is my first purchase on Massdrop, and it is rapidly looking like it will be my last one as well, I ordered an aluminum model, was one of the delayed orders, received my tracking number from USPS for estimated delivery this past Monday (the 3rd) and my order is apparently stuck in the ether between NJ and AL. I sent Massdrop support an email two days ago which has gone unanswered as yet as well. Needless to say, this is turned rapidly into a discouraging event for me. Caveat Emptor.

wxman007I had the same problem, I just received mine today, the tracking didn't update for two days since they mailed it as a first class packaged rather than 2 day which I feel they should have. This was my second drop yet I am still waiting on the first to arrive...

wxman007Your package is in the mail. Why would you think Massdrop (or anyone , for that matter) can do anything about speeding up delivery.
Tracking is very often not updated by the Post Office. Scans are frequently missed. It is not uncommon for a package to look like it is in Orlando for 3 days, and then arrive at your house, and later in the day the tracking gets updated. AFTER delivery.
