I'm not angry, but I am somewhat concerned that no one from Massdrop reached out to me after submitting a support request. As someone who dealt with customer service issues for several years in my job, no response to a service request within 24 hours is disappointing. Guess waiting it the way to go instead of asking for clarification as a first time buyer.
