Now about The Ridge Wallet I opted for the black money clip version I carry cash with me daily 15-30 bills on average "I know everything is on my phone etc blah blah yes I have Apple Pay visa checkout PayPal just for the record " with that said I tried the money clip with a single bill and it seems to hold it securely also did it with 40 bills tried to overload it held up well enough and it fits well enough and secure only time will tell if the spring will last on the clip and its not so big to the point that it's bothersome "better than a separate money clip"
The card holder main compartment I have a few issue with the indent/slot for you to push the cards up is on one side and having the money clip version the cash tends to get in the way I can't fold my money 2x like the video with that said when u push it up and try to spread the cards like they show on the website it is not as easy as I thought it would be "practice will be needed to get the hang of it" but that's not a negative at all but spreading the cards as shown on the video is an issue it does not fan out evenly in fact I've had cards sticking to each other while the rest are spread evenly again not a negative just stating now I loaded the main compartment with 18 cards all plastic impressed how it was holding together "the elastic they use seems to be of quality" but my daily carry is 7 cards which is great I can barely tell I have anything in my front pocket
I've had many versions of a Money Clip Card Holder Leather to just pure metal and plastic to name a few storus safepocket tumi heck I even had the magic wallet that thing was kinda cool but not the best at carrying cash "I was 13 when I got it ok at that age everything is kinda cool lol"
Overall I am very happy with my purchase very Happy with MassDrop glad I'm part of this now and if this goes up again I'll get the carbon fiber money clip version also there is not many reviews on the money clip version I know there are enough of us out there who want/require one and I 100% would suggest this
"Just noticed the last comment I do carry a few business cards with me as well I use the money clip it sits right behind the cash it seems to work well" i tried to put it in main compartment took to long to pull it out and hand it over --also just tossing it out there my business cards have some type of plastic coating on it which makes it water and tear resistant-- I've even seen metal business cards but the one I have tends to be a bit stiffer same thickness and it is paper and does not tear inside the compartment--
