Anyone get a second tracking number as of yet? I received only the straps and have yet to get a tracking number. When I contacted support I just got an email back asking me to take a picture of the issue with my package... not sure how I am supposed to take a picture of something that wasn't included in the box :)

ElectronicVicesSame issue here. I guess we can give it a day or two to actually expect the email. I was hoping they were shipping the day after Christmas but hopefully we get an answer soon.
