Anyone know what the fit is like over your ears? Could you run with them on?

elliot.bI've never tried these on. However, they're listed as supra-aural headphones. Thus, they won't likely fit completely over the ears, more like on the ears. Here's a link (taken from the description) to a decent review on these at headfi.org: http://www.head-fi.org/t/695507/review-thinksound-on1-on-ear-wooden-beauties.

elliot.bNo, these are definitely not for running. The pads clamp on top of your ears, not around them. And the headband is substantial and constitutes a good proportion of the weight. So they have a tendency to pitch forward even if you aren't doing anything too strenuous.
Try to run with these on and they will be on the ground in no time.
Even though the sit on the ears, the padding is dense and squishy (memory foam, I think), so they are comfortable.
K.T.NI think this is personal preference. I run with mine every day. Nothing should pitch forward as the cups swivel to prevent this. The only issue with running I have had so far is that the headband can get sweat stains on them and we plan on resolving that in the next version.
You are correct, the padding is memory foam. Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. I can be reached directly at hello@thinksound.com

K.T.NI could clarify from my own experience. If sitting at home, you'll want to adjust them slightly loose for most comfort, but for running outdoors, you'd tighten up the headband so they won't slip off with typical running motion.
