SenorPlatanoNo, the logo is etched quite deeply into the wood, and is embroidered into the headband. Unless you are expert in what you're doing, you'll likely botch the logo removal and make it look damaged.

UzuzuThe logos are ideal I think. My brother is a furniture maker, and he makes logos for some of his more refined items, using a hand etcher, which gives it a genuine handmade look. Grado makes some expensive headphones (GH1 at $650) that look very handmade, and some people love them, some don't.
