Mine just arrived. I love the sound and the design, but one of my cups keeps falling off and has a little tear in it that will certainly get bigger over time. Disappointing. The comfort is also not as great as I'd like.
Anyone else experience that issue with the cups? Also, any tips on making them comfy for long-term wear?
(I did contact Massdrop support about the cups, hoping they can supply a fresh pair. I don't want to return these!)
(Update 10/25: Massdrop had me contact Thinksound, they sent me another pair of pads. These pads are from the ON2, I think, but work fine here. In fact, they're a little more comfortable than the ON1 pads. Thanks to Thinksound for fixing the problem quickly.)

ivraatiemsMine arrived today as well (California. No tear but I'll echo the comfort issue. My left ear is feeling a bit achy after an hour of use.

DelingarYeah, it's proving to be more concerning the longer I wear them. I think if they were over-ear I'd feel better. Let me know if it improves for you.

ivraatiemsJust got mine couple of minutes ago. Sound is good, bit base heavy but over all I think I like it . Comfortable wise I had AKG Y50 before so I knew what I am getting myself into when buying on ears and it corresponds my expectations. Your ears will sweat coz the headphones are closed + that fake leather and they apply certain bit of pressure on your ears and around glasses if you wear them. But I think they are still a bit better then those mentioned AKG Y50. By the falling cup you mean that foamy leather part that sits on your ear? If yes my did not come with a tear but I must admit it's a quality concern there (Designed and Engineered in USA made in China...). Mine was a bit crooked but managed to massage it back in. I hope it will last at least 2 years before I have to replace it. Payed extra $36 for tax when delivered to Czech Republic. So far I like them and are happy with the purchase :)

VRVRVRYes, the pleather part. It's a def quality issue, but I already talked to Thinksound and they promised to ship me new ones today at no charge.
I hope you continue to enjoy them! I think that the issue is just the shape of my ears; they don't like the on-ear design. There's nowhere I put them that doesn't become painful (not just sweaty, but actually painful) after a couple hours or less.
They are clearly good headphones and I can't complain about sound quality. They just may not be for me.

ivraatiemsComfort with these has improved by removing my earrings and flipping them so left/right are reversed. No more achy ears as long as I set them properly and make these adjustments.

DelingarYeah, mine have become steadily more comfortable over a few days' wear as well, however, after a few hours they definitely leave me feeling "clamped"/mildly headachey. I think I am definitely an over-ears kind of person.
