I received the Beloit in the last drop (late September, 2018) and I am quite disappointed. The workmanship (or quality control) is horrible. As you can see in the attached photograph, one shoe was assembled so incorrectly that the eyelets do not line up. In fact the flap with the misaligned eyelets is so visibly twisted that it puts an uncomfortable pressure on the foot.
I contacted Massdrop about the defect and have not received any reply except a generic email that my support request is being forwarded to a special team. That was a week ago. Is there a telephone number I can call?

JJN11Hi,
I also had an issue with my order. I ordered a size 9 and the pair that arrived were easily at 10, even though stamped size 9,
So disappointed as they were great looking.
