Only one of my keys fits :'(. Brad, can you put up a video for assembly? Why do I have 6 washers instead of 4 and how is the best way to make spacers (I only have 2 keys and WTF)? I think I can get a dremel and make the hole bigger on my keys but the same thing happened with the "keyflip". Why not just use a smaller post so all keys will fit? Anyway, it looks sweet and I can't wait to put it to use.

Warlock983You may need to drill/file out your keys (Or have them re-cut to a new version) if your keys are smaller than the standard size key hole (3/16"+). I have an assembly video on YouTube, and a buddy made 2 videos. The link are at the bottom of this page - http://tacticalkeychains.com/?page_id=167 - I gave 6 since you got a lanyard loop to put a washer on each side (if you wanted) Smaller posts are hard to find, and then would also make standard keys "sloppy". There are so many variations in keys, I did the best I could with deciding on how to proceed with the design. The keys on the main page are all new blanks with absolutely no modification, they are each a different key aswell.
