Wish I knew the keyholes were so big before buying this thing - definitely would have decided against buying it. I can only fit 1/8 of my keys in this thing without drilling the holes on the keys to make them larger.

e.chenI believe every *new* standard house key fits perfect, I couldn't find any at the hardware store that didn't fit. My guess is you have old keys, or non-house keys - most people have their keys re-cut to a new key, or they modify the hole in their existing key, using a file or drill. Screws are on the list to improve and make smaller, also I'll make them out of Titanium - some day.

Tactical_Keychainsjust FYI, these are the keys I have that didn't fit and I had to drill. http://www.minutekey.com/
They're all over the Silicon Valley in Safeways, Wal-marts, etc,
They have cool designs and are pretty cheap.

Tactical_KeychainsGot mine on Friday, love it! The screws are staying put and I don't think I'll need to apply any loctite to the threads. The only very minor quibble I have is that the slot edges on the aluminum screw posts are chewed up after retightening them just a few times while adjusting my key setup.
I looked around on the web for stainless steel screw posts and saw some, but I stumbled onto one site alliedtitanium.com that sells TITANIUM screw posts. I wouldn't mind paying extra for these posts, but the minimum order they'll take is 100 pieces.
@Tactical_Keychains is there any chance you could look into pricing and offer this to your customers as an option. I'd buy!
This is a link to the screw post with the same specs as the default TiKey screw posts:

user001I can send you replacement screws, I have black here aswell. Message me on my website.
Yes, I will contact them asap and see if they will fit. I believe those are the people that did a Titanium project on Kickstarter.
I emailed them, so far it shows they have 0 stock - their website is terrible

JomarI seen one of them at Menards, never tried a key from there though. They are pretty neat little machines, wish I would of invented that.

Tactical_KeychainsThanks, I'll send you a message there now.
Yeah, their website is a nightmare, but maybe the Ti screws will be the best kind of dream. Hope they can actually produce them! Looking forward to an update if/when they get back to you.

user001You are all taken care of user001.
They emailed me back after I said I wanted 500, but they won't give me a price or lead time, so not sure if it will happen.
