Well then... this didn't turn out well... The first drop went 100% perfect because I personally assembled them all and made sure there were no issues. I never ran into anything not fitting (ever) so it's definitely a defect in the product I bought (spacers, washers, screws, etc) I only make the things made from Titanium. The screws are Aluminum, the Washers are Delrin, and the spacer is... plastic of some sort. When I did the TiKeY project on KS, everyone had to build their own kits, and it wasn't an issue. It seems there is an issue now, and I'm very sorry and will do everything I can to fix the issue - go to my website tacticalkeychains.com and there is a form you can fill out and it will be emailed to me. If you hurry your package can still go out today.
