Titanium on titanium can sometimes gall up (cold weld) a bit like aluminium does. Is this going to be a problem with the TiPiK over time?

AragonNo worries here, that is only with close tolerance threads, which is one reason I haven't made Titanium screw posts yet. All TiPiKs are tumbled, which also helps. There are special washers inside aswell, that will last just as long as the Titanium.
