How hard is it to remove the picks from the set? I notice the torque wrench is on the back end, meaning you'd have to remove it every time to use it. Is it pretty quick/easy to do?

DzyDzyDinoThe tension wrench on the backside just pulls out - it's quick release.
The other tension wrench is in there as an emergency and would require you to take it apart. You can take it apart with anything flat (Knife, some coins, multi-tool, screw driver, etc)
