serioulsy DROP - stop taking the piss - These will NEVER be sold for $200. The RRP will be $169
Stop this disgraceful bad business practice of boldly lying to people. We are not stupid.
There are NOT $51 off - This price is the -$20 discount for early bird pre orders.
Gawd, the temptation. I own the T2s and they're absolutely absurd for what they cost. I'm more of a headphone guy and I don't feel like I really NEED another set of IEMS, but watching Zeos basically lose his damn mind over these makes me feel like they're something I need to hear. That man is doing dirty things to my wallet and I'm TRYING to draw the line. So yeah I'll probably buy these.
Edit: Yeah I did it.
Zeos.... how do these compare to isine 10's?.... you keep spending all my money. Darkvoice, BGVPDMG, Nightowl, T2, HD6XX, WM3000M2., Earstudio... I just got isine 10's for $150 bstock...
Last time I'll buy anything based on Zeos' recommendation. He said no amp needed & was informed by Drop they'd be shipped July 26th & still no sign of them. How do I get out of this purchase?
It's also a fact that at 10 mW 20 ohm, sqrt(0.01/20) = 0.022 A, 0.01/0.02236067977 = 0.447 volt.
And then wouldn't that be enough or spec wrong? Then again impedance likely changes with frequency and maybe 10 mW is an average over a longer time period whereas for a short while they can handle more.
I would watch zeos more, but for me, I just feel like after a 30 minute video, I only get 1 minute worth of good information and a new anime background xd.
Same price at linsoul.com (using LINSOULP1 promo code) and starts shipping in 8 days, vs > 1 month here. Also, they list the non-discounted price correctly at $169. So same sale price + non-bogus normal price + much-earlier shipping = better to buy from Linsoul.
I have no skin in this game other than wanting to wait less time to receive these, plus these incompetents at Drop had the DM6's that I ordered a while back shipped to me with no address on the label, so they got sent back...still a bit sore about this.
Really considering buying these, I travel for work and I can't bring my audio setup with me. I know that these are better with an amp, my question is which portable dac/amp would be better? I know that the question is subjective but trying to get some ideas. My phone doesn't have a headphone jack so it would need to be plugged in via USB C. Preferably less than $150. Thanks
This iem has an impedance of ~20 but it's hard to drive by every review out there....
That alone should be enough to make you wonder if impedance is the only metric to consider... But you don't and instead get upset when someone tells you it's not....
Just your own common sense should make you realize something is wrong with that thought....
