I received mine yesterday, confirmation on the 21st, I purchased within the 1st day, probably around number of 250-300. But of course I have messed up ears from a cold which I haven't been sick in over 2 years! Nice.
Anyway, with my disabled ears they seem to be lacking mid bass and are a bit bright on top, detail from guitars and piano are great, fit is OK but as always I have to use the largest tips, foam seam to work well with these, still not optimum fit for my ears, my old Klipsh S4 is the only thing I have that will stay in place while moving around. Cable is really nice although the plug is fat and doesn't fit thru my phone cover (LG V30). As far as this "unboxing" thing that reviewers seems to take way too much time covering, who gives a crap! Show us what comes with them, test them and move on to what really matters, the sound. I don't care about paying extra for fancy packaging especially for budget phones, the packaging goes in the trash.
In the end I have to wait for my ears to come around but right now I don't think these will be the end game I was hoping for, even if there really isn't one in this hobby.
AeselleFabroaAny LG flagship after the V30 has the quad dac output, unfortunately the stock eq sucks and I haven't found an app that functions with it unless it is rooted, but it does have good output, source dependant of course. I have a Fiio Amp also but it was dead at the time I tested and my ears are off right now, I'll do more testing next week.
AeselleFabroaAt this time I do like it as a combo, except for the annoying Google app that asks me what I want if wiggle the plug jack, it has a 4th terminal for a mic which these iem's don't have so there is a conflict on the terminal. It works good with my other buds also.
