What's wrong with Massdrop on managing this process? Hey it's 2019 guys, every private importer knows there's always CUSTOMS on the way, especially for large amount of goods. Are you serious? It's completely your fault to let a small company get stucked with few hundred pieces of goods. Given the fact that it's a regular process for a reseller, first of all to be advised regarding the shipping handling. Feels like someone tried to neglect US customs policies and to save few bucks on this drop. We can wait patiently, for whatever amount of time it will take, but it's completely unacceptable you're doubting your customer intelligence. Why are these childish excuses for the inconvenience? We all making web orders not for the first time as a private importers, so you're trying to convince us, that a large company like Massdrop didn't realize that there might be a customs procedure for a large amount of goods from China? Isn't the whole point of Massdrop, is to be exclusive? What a shame. Did you ever heard about customer relations?

We understand your concerns, but for the custom clearance, we have tried for our best to deal with it. However, we need to wait because custom said it is in the regular check and they need more time to check it. When we realized that there could be a long time waiting for the custom clearance, we have decided to re-arranged your items and ship out from China to each of you. We do really appreciated for your support and waiting. Now, all orders have already been arranged or have already been shipped, we are working on the tracking number update now. Thank you so much for your ideas. We will avoid this happen again forever.

Lol im not sure if youre mad at MD or Tin. But the customs were out of their hands. Plus i heard some members are being Hit with taxes and fares due to just MD exclusively. Also take in the fact MD hasnt said anything other than the shipping delay. And their supposed to be the facility shipping the orders. Tin obviously used MD to exclusively sell their product, but it seems to me theres some issues with MD that wouldnt occur on amazon or aliexpress as often as it does with MD. Other than that idk, its my 2 cents, my first MD order.

Appreciate your reply, although i'm not sure if there's a point in stating the obvious status of the discussion known to everyone here. Neither MS or Tin managed to process this drop in a proper way from both sides. For Tin it's the first time they have had chosen this platform for their product launch. I'm sure you're not a part of US customs, to state that it was out of their hands. As a supplier, Tin could get all the relevant details from MS and US customs, in order to provide a successful shipping process without issues, and MS should regulate and support it for both ends. Anyways it's not relevant anymore, lessons learnt, and we still have at least about 2 weeks to receive our notifications. Cheers
