The idea that y’all didn’t know until today that you weren’t going to hit your ship date is laughable.
it's even ridiculous that I can't cancel my order , though they send me a mail today in which they declared that we could.
I know! I sent an email to cancel, and got an autoreply saying they can’t even get to dealing with that EMAIL for 5-7 days. I wrote them saying if they send the earphones out before they get to the email I’m just going to have the credit card company reverse the charges. You should do the same; hold on to copies of the email saying you could cancel and the email that said they didn’t have the time to let you cancel out of the transaction they screwed up.
Unbelievably bad customer service. Wow.
