First, these IEMs sound amazing. They are very well balanced. I'd buy them again just for that. The reason for 2 stars is that due to a faulty cable, the right side cuts out. There's absolutely no contact information in the included paperwork. There's no contact information available online. Tin Audio is like a ghost. I had to message Tin Audio through Facebook and they are extremely slow in responding. When they did, they asked me to send them a photo or video of the problem. Not sure how to photograph a faulty cable.
Edit: Tin Audio is sending me a new set. Facebook messenger was the only way that I found to reach them. It took several days of back and forth to get this to happen, but they are making it right.
Update: received a brand new pair in the mail yesterday. I explained to them that I just needed a cable, but they replaced the entire set. A+
I did notice the box was different for the replacement. Not sure if this is some sort of re-branding...
