VikgomatJS does not charge tax in some states. So that would be like 199 vs 300+. Big difference amount and %wise. JS ships immediately. Both grey. Given shipping delay and drop's premise of 'group/mass order based discounting' It will have to be at 150 for drop like this to keep anyone interested.
