Erik1100% agree. Unfortunately, I've had to deal with MS and their standard response is that they just facilitate group buys and bear little, or no, responsibility if there are issues with the purchase. The sad part is that it's inconsistent, there are some issues that I raised where they were surprisingly responsive and others where they provided their standard response and left me with no recourse. It's a crapshoot... every time I receive an MS package, I cross my fingers and hope all accessories listed have arrived and nothing is damaged. And forget about clothing and shoe sizes... good luck if it's the wrong size!
Anyway, sorry for hijacking this thread. The Titaner capsule looks pretty cool but I wish they didn't have the gouges / etchings. If they were plain, I would have bought a couple.

Mine came without o-rings, and after 3 failed attempts at replacements, and several months later working with massdrop support, I still do not have o-rings.
