An over $400 knife made in CHINA! Need I say more?
...Yeah, you kind of do need to. Consider that the cheapest USA-made Begg knives (the Field Grade Bodegas) run $695 in it's most basic iteration (the G10 version). In terms of the machining and design, this knife is more similar to the Glimpse 5.5, which clocks in at $985. Also, both of those knives run N690, a good steel, but S35VN is more expensive, holds an edge better, and is more difficult to machine. Don't get me wrong, this is still a really expensive knife, and to be honest, I don't even like it very much, but the fact that it's made in China is the reason that it's ONLY $445.
