Hello, I was just wondering ... why is the shipping fee to Canada $38.93?

MelroseI don't think shipping to Canada is free... When I click on "join now" and get to the transaction page, it shows free shipping for half a second or so, then the 38.93$ that's announced on this page... I'm guessing it's just the time it takes the system to realize it's shipping to Canada.
If you're in Canada, I'd suggest checking on Amazon(.ca). The game (without expansion) is listed for around 50$CAD most of the time, and the expansion for 30$CAD. Both are fulfilled by Amazon, so you get free shipping. Sure, it's pricey, but it's still better than the Massdrop's drop (as long as the shipping stays so high here) because our exchange rate is so stupid right now.
(Nothing against Massdrop, I get that shipping a big game box to other countries can be pricey, but it makes this drop less attractive for people outside the US.)

BlueberryBearHonestly if you're looking to buy this in Canada you'd be better off to just go see if your local board games store has it in stock. It is likely to be a comparable price to what you find online anyways.

Unfortunately, I live in an area where "local" board games store isn't a thing, so internet is pretty much the only option I have. ;)
