Would somebody be able to tell me if the sound of 320k quality mp3 files would be affected negatively by the D30 Dac? It says support up to 192k but not past that...

The quality is different from the sampling rate. The 320kbps you're referring to will increase the size more than a 128kbps file of the same song.
So no, there will be no adverse effect.

The 320kbps in the mp3 is the bitrate that the mp3 was encoded at. That's kilobits per second. The 192kHz is the sampling rate that the D30 is able to decode. That's kiloHertz. These are two different quantities. I imagine if you look at the coding details of your mp3 files, you will find that it is encoded at far lower than 192kHz, probably only 44.1kHz.
