keiranP.S. one downside is the little volume control stick - it is elegant and has different functions whether you go up, down or sideways, but this volume control stick does not look solid and not sure how long it would last if you used it a lot. Would have been nice if Topping used either a regular volume pot (but this may have been too small) or two buttons for the volume. They probably used the volume stick to save space and make it functional to control, but it feels quite fragile to me.

Very impressed with the build quality, it's a solid, beautiful little unit.
Initial impressions are quite favourable and I'm surprised how good it sounds for the price and size. I've replaced my oppo 105D in my main system with the D50 for DAC duties and will see how I go over the next week as I listen more.
