Will the DX3 PRO+ bluetooth connection able to connect to both a bluetooth headphone for music listening and a smartphone for music streaming e.g Tidal or Spotify ??

No. Its purpose is to receive a digital signal from bluetooth or other wired input, convert it to an analog signal, then amplify it through the 3.5mm jack. Even if it could output a bluetooth signal to some headphones, it would not serve any purpose as it would be receiving and transmitting a digital signal.

Will this work with a gaming headset....both the headphones AND the mic? (like the MASSDROP X SENNHEISER PC37X GAMING HEADSET)

The mic won't work. get something like a schiit fulla or Hel if you want a mic input combined with an amp

I asked Drop support the same question and they said this run is all black units. I hope they are right because that’s what I want. Can’t wait for this to ship!

There is a black and silver colour option. I am able to select silver. But it’s 15% off on Amazon at the moment with next day delivery, so maybe just get one from there.
