The specs say "Output impedance: up to 20 Ohms". What gives? What is the "up to" doing here, and why is the output impedance so extremely high?

BOB1973Power supply is DC15v, so all you need is an adapter - I have it plugged into EU 220v in my kitchen, works flawlessly.

So... placed an order for this on 11/19/2022. Charged me the amount and yet here I am still waiting for it. It was in stock at the time of purchase, but now the posting says that it has "Sold Through". Did I get screwed? Status shows that the order has been "placed with the vendor" but beyond that there has not been any updates. Just an estimated ship date of 1/6/2023. Is this normal? First time ordering from DROP so not familiar with this type of service. There does not appear to be an option to cancel either. Should I be requesting a chargeback?

pteroI'm in the same boat but my order still says "Reserved for shipment". The amp I ordered directly from SHENZHENAUDIO on the same day arrived from China a month ago, but still waiting for this DAC. I knew DROP takes long to ship but didn't think it would be this long.
