I can't figure out how to get higher bitrates off my iPhone via the Bluetooth. When I connect via Bluetooth, the DAC displays 44.1khz, and no matter what I stream to it, it never displays anything different. I presume this is an iOS issue, but can't find any settings to force a higher quality BT connection.

cgielowI learned iOS doesn’t support higher bitrates over Bluetooth. 44.1khz is all they give you. I might have to consider streaming Airplay with an Apple Airport Express connected via optical.

cgielowAirplay is limited to 16/44 or 16/48 with the AppleTV. WiFi or wired is the way to go to get higher resolution. The IPhone with the Camera kit to your DAC works.
