Can anybody compare this to the jotenheim? Is there anything else similar to this at this price point?

Haven't heard this one but have used the Jot, just based on the specs I'd go with the Jot if I needed a DAC/Amp. The Jot is very clean/neutral and has a far better, more powerful amp.
This feels like a DAC that just pulled a headphone out since the power was there for the DAC anyway. If you have a separate amp and want a balanced DAC, This seems like an interesting option on the lower cost end for balanced
