CapnCookI was unable to hear a noticeable difference when adding this amp to my LG V30 phone. I tried it with ATH-M40X and with the HD58X headphones. The amp felt underpowered in comparison to my FiiO A5. Hope that helped

ToronjonI dont think V30 can pump 545mW of power. How this amp is underpowered?

ShahkhanI didn't say it was underpowered in comparison to the V30. The NX3 just didn't add much to the sound in my listening experience. Although at a different price bracket, the FiiO A5 provided a more significant boost in amplification. Maybe the NX3 can work better with a different source and headphone combo.

ShahkhanI did tried it on my Dell laptop and it really didn't made much of a difference. That said, my hd58x sounded good on the laptop with or without the NX3 amp. Hope that helps.
