I got one from eBay which did come with factory PS. However, as I measured with meter, it output a surprising 38V AC. The SQ is not terrible but obviously lose kind of control. Could the voltage is the culprit?

It would be reassuring to see that Massdrop was as keen on providing complete information about shipping as they are on emailing me reminders about the drop. • From which country does this product ship? If it's from China then is shipping free worldwide? • Does the product arrive at my door on August 23rd or is that when it leaves the warehouse?

HelmanfrowI'm not from Massdrop, but I think I can shed some light on your questions. 1) Topping's website's domain name was registered by a Chinese registrar, so I assume it would originate from China, but this needs more clarification. You can get the shipping price for your country if you click Join Drop and check the top right-hand side of the page. 2) Massdrop couldn't possibly ensure the exact date the product arrives at your door; the date is rather the date they ship the units out.
