From the tactility of Topre’s proprietary switches to the ergonomics of the key switch weighting, the Realforce 87U provides unparalleled comfort in a tenkeyless layout. Aesthetically, this standard flat keyboard comes equipped with LED lights embedded in the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys, while the Caps Lock and CTRL keys can be changed and configured using the onboard dip-switches.
Note: On this drop you can choose between the Topre SE17T0 Variable Switch (Black Case), Topre SE07T0 Variable Switch, and Topre 104UB Full Size Variable switch (Black Base) . Also, all options on this drop will come with Dark Gray, Light Gray, Blue, and Red PBT space bars specially created for the Topre keyboard.

Proprietary Electrostatic Capacitive Switches
Topre’s own electrostatic capacitive key switches are used to offer two different typing experiences. These boards feature 30 to 45 grams of weighting in the letter area and 55 grams of weighting on the Esc key. Constructed in Japan and comprising metal springs and rubber domes, these unique switches are sought after for the snap feeling that’s produced when the switch is activated. Unlike most other switches, actuation of these switches occurs long before the key bottoms out, which helps prevent inflammation of the tendon sheath. The result? A super-tactile, long-lasting board.
PBT Spacebar
Included in this drop are four Topre PBT spacebars in Dark Grey (Black), Light Grey, Blue, and Red to replace the prone-to-shine ABS space bar.
