The green black upgrade but I got the base model, red black. Don’t get me wrong, a good knife but I was daydreaming of the green black. Has anyone else had problems with Drop lately? Let’s talk
BiznobAbout 50% of the time Drop sends me the wrong configuration. Most of the time they sell out so they are unable to rectify the situation. All they ever do is suggest to send it back for a refund. Apparently Drop thinks we have nothing better to do than ship their crap back to them. If it was my company and this situation was as common as it is then I would offer a full or at least partial refund and offer the customer to keep whatever item they received. Better luck next time.
ShokThe order prior to this never came! Even though it had a tracking number! Waited 2&1/2 mos to find out I’d never get it. They’re turning into “wish”, which I wouldn’t mind
