TOPS Mil-Spie 3.5 Tanto Folding Knife
A New Take on a Sought-After Series
Part of TOPS Knives’ popular line of Mil-Spie fixed blades, this version is unique for a couple reasons. First, it folds, with a built-in liner lock for stability. Second, instead of the hunter’s point that’s typically found on these knives, this one has a tanto for excellent penetration. Made from N690Co stainless steel—a cobalt vanadium alloy that’s rust resistant and relatively easy to sharpen—the blade holds a good edge. When closed, it rests in an aluminum handle that’s lightweight without sacrificing much strength. Hollow cutouts in the handle further reduce weight, and they allow you to see part of the blade when the folder is closed. For carry, there’s a right-handed tip-up pocket clip.
