I would much rather know how heat resistant they are in terms of: at what point will it get hot to the touch? Can I make a large batch of mirepoix or sauce and keep this spatula inside the pot? I feel like that scenario is much more realistic and a better marketing point than "its okay if you leave it in your roaster." (Self-standing spatulas are a thing and spatula placer/holders still mean that I have to wash them at the end of the day.)
