Historical Construction
Starting with a serious piece of source material, Traveller’s Denim begins with 15.2 oz raw denim sourced from Cone Mills, a historic cotton provider in North Carolina. From there, the jeans are brought together using vintage industrial machines, all operated by hand for complete quality control.
To solidify the structure, the jeans feature selvedge seams and a chain-stitched hem that comes courtesy of an extremely rare Union Special Blackhead 42300F machine.

You can’t sew up some serious denim without giving it the proper accents, and Traveller’s Denim answered the call with American made YKK solid copper buttons and rivets, American Efrid Tex 105 threading, and Oxblood Mount Vernon 10 oz duck canvas pocketing.
