Interested, but they can't accommodate my small, elfin feet. Bummer.
"raw [rubber]" possibly.

How do these handle winter? I'm starting to look for decent looking boots that aren't going to be destroyed/wet all the time from a Wisconsin winter.

solBLACKMy thought too, but the co. is based in Austin, TX -- I doubt cold weather was a consideration in design.
I'm at about 33% success rate on online-ordered boots fitting properly. Would love to know if these lean big or small or on par for sizing.

T4Deals If they fit anything like their Hawthorne Suede Mid-Top Sneaker, they feel loose in the heel and tight in the ball/toe area. I'm a dead-nuts 10.5 with somewhat narrow feet, and the sneakers I received are almost uncomfortably tight around the ball of my feet. Hopefully they we will stretch out some with wear, but I'm not holding my breath. Someone else has the same impression (see the Hawthorne drop comments).
