Love the design and body of the pen. Unfortunately the nib does not write very well and I have not had the opportunity to look into changing the nib out so I never end up using the pen, what a pity.
Post review, Tree Ring Company kindly offered to try and adjust the pen for me or replace the nib, so the pen was sent back to them. I am happy to report I have had no further problems and it is now an all around great pen, thank you to Dave for the great customer service! (I have updated my score to 5 stars due to the great no questions asked service and results).

You can just send the metal section piece that holds the nib, feed, and housing. Hold the pen in one hand, point the nib to the sky, grab the metal piece just below the nib and unscrew. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks- Dave
