Nice, solid IEM cable.

I really like this cable. It looks nice, it seems durable and well made, and it works well for me. The MMCX connections are solid. I like the feel and “drape”. They are not particularly tangle resistant, but don’t have a memory effect. The braids are not that tight, but don’t unravel. The sound seems slightly more crisp than with the stock Shure cable. I can’t comment on overall QC, but I’m pleased with mine. Worth it. Addendum: I liked these enough to buy a second pair, with QDC connectors.

Great balanced IEM cables

These cables are fairly awesome as balanced cables go. They're supple, good-looking, and at the right price point where if they DO fail, I'm not going to be a ball of rage. I bought a few of these and have been rather pleased. Even at full Amazon price, these are still the best bang for buck. I actively use two of the the 2.5mm TRRS to MMCX cables. No complaints so far. The construction is 1:1 with that of the Linsoul HC-08. Same build style, same feel, everything. Probably made in the same facility. Both the C8 and HC-08 are my defaults for IEM cables these days.

A decent upgrade cable but the connection is a little loose with my IEMs. Sound quality is much improved over the previous cable that I was using and build quality is good.

okay doesn't seem too hard. I am a bit of a DIYer anyway. I recently made a headphone on/off switch for my Schiit Jotunheim because I was tired of unplugging the 1/4 adapter every time I wanted to use my Power monitors on the XLR outputs. When you turn the Volume knob on the Jotunheim there is no way to disable the headphone out and use just the XLR/RCA pre outs. So I soldered up a a little black box with a switch, a 1/4 IN and a 1/4 out - to act as a headphone on/off switch. I wish there was a box like that on the market. Sounds simple enough but I never came across one.

Good, but not Great.

So the cable really is as beautiful, and honestly as perfect (as far as the weave and drape/length go) as it looks. The issue I'm having is with the MMCX connectors--my right connector is extremely loose, and sometimes when trying to change tips or something else, the MMCX connectors will just disconnect from my Tin P1's and my FH5's. I've tried multiple cables with both, and have only had this problem with a cheaper Brainwavz balanced cable I bought on Amazon. I don't know if it's defective, but I'd rather not wait a month to RMA the cable as they don't fall off for no reason, I am putting a bit of pressure on the connection when changing tips. Still, it's annoying to have to reconnect the IEMs a few times to the connector when trying to get your tips changed out. So that's one star docked. The other star I docked because the ear hooks aren't quite as tight as they should be. I don't know if it's heat shrink (and I'm not going to take a flame to my cable to find out), but the wrapping on the cable that makes the ear hooks "crinkles" sometimes when I put the IEMs on or shift them slightly. It doesn't happen as much now as when I first got them, but it does still happen. Still not bad for 25 bucks, but something to keep in mind.

Yoshmaista Sorry you had problems with yours. I’ve had the opposite problem, they are difficult to get in my se535 and adv gt3. Don’t forget that the mmcx is rated for roughly 75 cycles so try not to change cables often. In my experience cheaper items are toast after half as many.

Terp_and_time you probably already know this but when you connect them don’t turn them at all just press them straight in or it will damage the connection on your iem.

The best IEMs cable that I've used.

I'm not really into IEMs, but I own a couple. This is probably the best IEMs cable that I've ever used. I wish headphone cables are like this as well.

Great upgrade

Makes expensive IEMs look and feel expensive. (Makes cheap IEMs look and feel expensive, too!) The 3.5mm plug goes in with a satisfying click. The thick braided cable is soft, flexible, almost luxurious. But most importantly, it doesn't tangle. Worth it for that alone! If I had to find faults, I'd say the cable is maybe too thick for my taste, and could be less microphonic. But those are both nitpicks.
