The Tripowin Rhombus Performance IEM—named for its futuristic polygonal shape—is a high-performance IEM that’s also high-style. The first thing you’ll notice is that precision-crafted, digitally designed CNC shell. The machining process employed on the housing of the Rhombus allows for both visual consistency while also ensuring that the inner cavity on every earphone is perfectly designed for Tripowin’s drivers. Speaking of drivers, there’s a newly minted, 10-millimeter LCP/PU composite dynamic driver for punch and power, paired with a 33518 balanced armature unit that picks up the higher end with clean, responsive detail. Tripowin has tuned the drivers to work in tandem, with an added focus on the mid-range to avoid muddiness while embracing fullness. Each Rhombus Performance IEM ships with a high-end, twisted cable featuring 2-pin connectors, terminating in a 3.5-millimeter jack.
