I have bought Triwa watches in the past. Very nice watches and good quality. Looking at this watch, it looks similar to the triwa limited edition escher watch I already own. The watch is slimmer than their other offerings and because of this the winder will cut into my wrist and means I rarely wear it.

edit: Just to clarify they offered me a full refund without question the customer service was great. I decided to keep the watch anyway.
