Beware: Those particular fans (or actually the hub and control app that ships with them) may still be incompatible with Ryzen Systems. You can read more about it on the forums, but TL:DR these fans are useless on Ryzen systems since you will not be able to use their app which is intended to control RGB and RPM. Also, customer service from TT on those sucked! I ordered mine from Newegg back in June, and requested a replacement hub from TT (one of their frequent forum members told me that the issue is with how their hub communicates with USB interface on Ryzen systems, and that TT has come with a replacement solution), and never heard from them. So I ended up returning the Premium Plus TT fans, and instead ordered their regular Riing fans (which btw look better to me - they have a single continuous ring of light that looks uniform - the Riing Plus Premium have a daisychain of 12 or so independent LEDs, which allows for more customization (different colors on at once), but it looks like a new year light), AND those fans actually push more air than their Plus Premium Edition (check the specs).

makatsAs a Thermaltake employee, I can confirm. The older shipments are not compatible with Ryzen. But a new controller is out there and newer shipments shouldn't be a problem at all. If you don't want to deal with E-mailing the support for getting a controller working with Ryzen, then be aware. True.

HowardBatemanExcept for even emailing support not always produce a result (I waited 2 weeks for a response and ended up just returning my whole riing premium plus set up).
Also, on a separate note I tried to communicate my issue with my TT View 31 RGB case (particularly, the vertical mount solution that was used - the specs clearly say that a 2.5 size card is supported and recommended for proper airflow, however, with my 2.5 size Asus Strix RX580 8gb, the operating temps while vertically mounted were 20 degrees Celsius above operating temps on the same tasks while mobo-mounted, which is obviously not what I expected.... Never heard from TT about that either).

makatsIf you would've e-mailed me personally, I'd be glad to help you with those issues. That's something that could be handled within 5 minutes. I honestly have no idea why my colleagues from whatever branch you are mailing to are ignoring those mails and all I can do is say sorry for that. I also think you will understand that I can't help you with your issues here on Massdrop or give you any personal information or how to contact me directly. Hope you are able to resolve your problems some way, cause the View31 is a beautiful case.
