The software is the worst software I think I've ever had to use, and my standards for "gaming" software are quite low. It is so buggy that I would call it pre-alpha at best. It never remembered I only had 2 fans plugged in, would always give me a huge error that a fan wasn't working. It kept changing the language to Chinese. Colors wouldnt change everytime a change was made and saved in the software. Just awful stuff on every level. That being said, the fans themselves are quite nice. They are quit and look good. I did end up spending the extra $25 to get the TT LED Sync Controller - this allows me to use the MOBO Aura Sync to control the lighting and fans without any need for the TT Software. This essentially fixed any issues I had with the fans at all. I deleted the TT Software from my machine and have had no issues with the fans since. So based on this I'm torn what to give the review. Strictly speaking about the fan performance and quality i would give this 5/5 stars, but since the software was bad and required me to spend more money I will have to rate it lower.
