Silence Is a Virtue

While many mechanical keyboard switches put a premium on resonance and “thock,” the TTC Silent Frozen V2 Switches take a subtler approach. Designed with a clearer, higher-quality polycarbonate than the original V1s, the Silent Frozen V2s are perfectly see-through to emphasize your keyboard’s RGB array. The construction has been double-silenced, with extra dampening in several parts of the housing to provide a nearly inaudible, linear action that feels as smooth as a fresh blanket of snow. Plus, with just 39 grams of operating force and 3.5 millimeters of total travel, there’s something undeniably light, airy, and extra crisp about how the Silent Frozen V2 switches feel when typing.
