Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the TTPOD T1S IEM shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you all with updated information on the status of your package.
Expect an update from us on 2/11 or sooner.

This lack of "customer service "; shows a Lack of " inter - personal skills".
NOT a winning formula for Any sales organization .
I speak from personal experience, as a Sales Professional, for over 20 years; in both Professional and Consumer Audio , ( much time, as a 'sales trainer').
While I like your " business model" ( as verified by my purchases)....
" the Devil, is in the Details".
Ignoring existing " paying - customers ", is inexcusable.
edit : One additional observation; concerning the lack of comfort on the supplied ear tips.
The best fit for Me, were the small tips with the large bore ( NOT a "hurt so good" - just Painful !)
But, when I substituted the Comply T-400 memory foam tips. The Medium Size, suited me best.

But this lack of communication; steams from a lack of understanding of " salesmanship".
" Objections", are to be expected.
Not having a quick response ~~~> Here, is a mistake.
"What we have here ... is a failure to communicate." Yes, It's a movie line.
But, the 'onus ' to " counter My Objection"; does NOT fall on Me.
That's Massdrop's responsibility.
It's the biggest flaw in your "business model".
De facto; Massdrop's own unwillingness to be responsive, even to " an existing customer base".
Makes Massdrop Itself, It's own greatest Obstacle , in "closing the sale".
As well as keeping me, and Other customers (and "potential customers") satisfied.
You should be "cultivating", said Customer Base. Instead of alienating It.
Sorry Hassan, but your response was tantamount to, "It's Not my job. ".
Isn't Massdrop a cohesive team ? .... or is ' Support ', " the Other" ???
And as such; Do " You Folks ", avoid communicating with Massdrop Support, as well ???

Dude, chill. I contacted Massdrop support about another order and received a response within hours. Your use of "quotes" is give "me" an "aneurism."
People actually check this discussion for relevant things concerning the drop and don't expect to have to scour through your poorly punctuated, mind-numbingly nonsensical posts.
Non - sensical ??? ... is your need to reply , instead of Massdrop.
