Quick update for the group, the vendor just dropped off the order for shipment and it will arrive at our warehouse early next week.
We know and understand this was a drop with various estimated ship dates and understand your frustrations, even though the manufacturing process was outside of our control and something that came up after the drop ended. We are always working with our vendors to be as transparent as possible and it looks like they dropped the ball on this one. As such we are currently processing an additional $5 discount to those of you still waiting on your orders right now as a small token of appreciation for your patience. The partial refund should settle in 1-3 business days via the payment method you used.
We will monitor tracking and update the group as soon as these arrive.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 4/30 or sooner if something comes up.
