This is so frustrating. I understand that Massdrop must feel as frustrated as I do, but this is bordering on ridiculous. All of us who ordered this particular drop have been anxiously waiting. What the hey is going on? Funds were collected a long time ago, the merchandise is available (as all of us have seen around the interwebs). I don't want to point fingers or place blame on people who are just doing the best they can, but this seems to be a massive fail.

Hi @Zanymouse, I agree and am sorry for the frustration. We have been trying to get an answer from the vendor but have not heard back yet. Unfortunately, some vendors are better then others on keeping us informed. If you would rather cancel your order you may do so through your profile. Just click on the transaction button and "Contact Support".

This is why I feel the vendor should provide a further discount to those of us that have waited. Fair is fair and frankly I have not canceled my order because I really want these tools but I have and will likely shy away from the higher cost drops because of this. Still will be happy to have the products I ordered.
