The group's order arrived a little later than expected due to a UPS delay. Once the bulk shipment arrived with us, our warehouse quickly inventoried everything and they were able to get the individual orders packed up. They're awaiting pickup and will ship tomorrow.

The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided, these are scheduled to come in 11/17. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

We spoke to our vendor earlier today and they are scheduled to ship the bulk order to our warehouse before the end of next week, right on schedule. We will remain in contact with them and update the group as soon as we receive shipment confirmation.
