My wife has the v3 of this, which is what drew me to the product. The v4 version has quite a number of changes, all for the better as far as I can tell (e.g. more/bigger pockets, more robust adjustments, etc., with no added weight). It sits nice and high on my sweaty back (i.e. breathes better than a regular back- or waist-pack). All-in-all I'm very pleased so far.
