Mine says impressions not received even though UE did them weeks ago. Oh well sure the bugs will get worked out. Hopefully I'm just waiting for MD to receive the finished product from UE.
I've been waiting 7 months to get my Omega watch back from service for what apparently is the world's most difficult issue to troubleshoot. I'm used to having patience now.
Alright, I'm going to call BS on all of this. I was at UE as well, two days AFTER the drop ended. UE said they would put notes on my impression that I was Massdrop and already paid to make sure mine we done soon. A "impressions not received" status is NOT ok.
Not only that, in response to spatchcock's last comment. I emailed Danny afterwards as well to specifically confirm (after submitting the google form) that I went to UE, they have mine on file, this is what it's under and here's how that connected to my MD order number. Radio silence.
Since Massdrop's communication seems to be so limited that they can't acknowledge an email, I will just contact UE directly. Look. I'm sympathetic to the fact that there are always hiccups, getting a good discount on a good product comes with these risks. You mitigate some of your ill will for delays by providing good communication. This drop started with great communication, until, literally, you took our money. I get it, in the grand scheme of things, this drop doesn't make MD anywhere near as much money as the 'MEElectronics MEE What? Exclusive Grab Bag' did. That isn't an excuse for radio silence, no response via channels you asked us to submit information in (email), and then to tell people who went out of their way to make things easier for you, and themselves, (read: people who went to UE or already had them on file) that they're at the back of the line.
